Shri Kaali Chalisa Paath Vidhi (Procedure)

1. Kalash Sthapana and Maa Kaali invocation.
2. Sankalp (personal intention taken on your behalf).
3. Chanting of Shri Kaali Chalisa (as per number chosen).
4. Recitation of Kaali Beej Mantra.
5. Offering flowers, dhoop, deep, and naivedyam (prasad).
6. Aarti and mantra pushpanjali.
7. Charity and dakshina to Brahmins.
8. Prasad blessing and distribution.

Kaali Beej Mantra

Mantra:
ॐ क्रीं कालिकायै नमः

Transliteration:
Om Kreeng Kalikaye Namah

Meaning:
“I bow to the Divine Mother Kaali, the powerful form of Shakti who destroys all evil, grants liberation, and blesses devotees with courage and fearlessness.”

• Kale urad dal – offered for protection and removal of bad karma
• Imarti or jaggery sweets – offered as bhog
• Alcohol (only in rare tantric rituals if requested)
• Nimbu-Mirchi (lemon-chilli) – protection from evil eye
• Clove, mustard oil diya, and black thread for protection
• Bhasma (holy ash) from Havan – used for spiritual protection
