How Shukra Doṣa Gets Created (Common Vedic Combinations)

• Debilitated Venus in Virgo, or Venus in enemy signs (Leo, Cancer).
• Conjunction with malefics (Saturn – delays, Mars – passion conflicts, Rahu – overindulgence, Ketu – detachment).
• Placement in 6th, 8th, 12th houses without benefic aspects.
• Venus combust by Sun, losing strength.
• Affliction by Rahu/Ketu (Shukra-Rahu yoga causing excessive indulgence or obsession).
• Weak Shukra dasha/antardasha periods leading to marital or financial troubles.
• Venus eclipsed or hemmed by malefics (Paap Kartari).
• Absence of benefic support to 7th house or Venus, causing marriage disharmony.

• Ganesh Sthapana (removing obstacles).
• Kalash Sthapana (invoking sacred waters).
• Navagraha Sthapana (invoking all nine planets).
• Brahma Sthapana & Agni Sthapan (lighting the homa-kunda fire).
• Navagraha Mantra Japa — 1 mālā each (harmonising all planetary energies).
• Lakshmi & Shukra Pujan (Venus presides under Lakshmi’s grace).
• Shukra Stotra Path & Shukra Gayatri
  • Shukra Gayatri (Sanskrit): ॐ असुराचार्याय विद्महे महादैत्याधिपतये धीमहि। तन्नः शुक्रः प्रचोदयात्॥
  • Transliteration: Om Asurāchāryāya Vidmahe Mahādaityādhipataye Dhīmahi, Tanno Shukraḥ Prachodayāt.
• Shukra Mantra Japa – 16,000 times
  • Main Mantra (Sanskrit): ॐ द्रां द्रीं द्रौं सः शुक्राय नमः
  • Transliteration: Om Drām Drīm Draūm Saḥ Shukrāya Namaḥ.
• Shukra Homa with ghee, honey, sugar, curd, white rice, fragrant herbs, sandalwood, lotus seeds, and Navagraha samidha.
• Pūrṇāhuti, Aarti, Brahmin Santarpan, and Prasāda distribution.
